Cancellation Policy

BOOKING To secure your appointment at Aesthetically Pleasing, I require a credit card on file. For higher priced services, a 50% deposit is required. Due to excessive cancellations/rescheduling, no shows, and invalid cards on file, this deposit is transferable one time, and non refundable. LATE ARRIVALS I do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your service may result in its cancellation and the application of a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. If you know you are running late, please notify me. CANCELLATION POLICY The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, I’m unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Aesthetically Pleasing, I respectfully request 24 hours notice. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Special accommodations may be considered in the event of sickness or emergencies. No call/no show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not arrive on time for your appointment, I will not contact you. My booking app sends out numerous reminders with opportunities to reschedule or cancel appointments. OTHER POLICIES Please, no extra guests. Aesthetically Pleasing is designed for one on one services. I do not have a waiting room and the facility is not childproofed. Every reasonable attempt will be made to provide services and products to your satisfaction. However, because time and product are used in services rendered, and opened products are considered contaminated, all sales of services and products are final and non-transferable.
